Ingredients

  • 60ml
    Bourbon Whiskey
  • 25ml
    Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 20ml
    Simple Syrup
  • 1
    Egg White
  • 2 dashes
    Angostura Bitters

Instructions

Add whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to shaker.

Dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds.

Add ice and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds.

Double strain into chilled coupe glass.

Dot bitters on foam and draw with toothpick for pattern.
